Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Familiar with microcontroller-related design, possessing foundational knowledge of analog and digital circuits, and having a solid grasp of C programming.
3. Possesses strong learning abilities, communication skills, and a team-oriented work ethic, and is willing to work hard and endure hardship.
4. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and ambition, can quickly acquire new knowledge, is down-to-earth and steady, compliant with arrangements, and maintains a healthy, positive mindset.
5. Open to both men and women; recent graduates are welcome. Candidates must be under 45 years old.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drafting relevant technical quality documents and ensuring the continuous effective operation of the quality system within this department.
2. Organize relevant project documentation and track issues related to small-scale production and mass production in the later stages, as well as conduct failure analysis on these issues.
3. Proficient in using quality management tools and methods for product quality analysis.
4. Plan, organize, and implement the statistical analysis of quality data and reports.
Working hours: 8:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:30 PM, with weekends off. Statutory holidays will be observed in accordance with national regulations.
