At the 2024 Hengbo Medical Annual Conference, Hengbo Medical General Manager Mao Xiaojuan delivered the company’s annual summary under the theme “Setting Off for a Better Future in 2024 – Uniting Hearts and Gathering Strength to Forge Ahead Toward Our Dreams,” and shared insights into traditional Chinese culture. She also clarified that integrating core values rooted in Chinese traditional culture as part of the corporate culture would guide the company’s business philosophy and development. The most important aspect of a business: building corporate culture and forging a strong brand.

I believe that, in a broad sense, our Chinese traditional culture should be our corporate culture. For the industry we operate in, the products and services we offer, we must first define the core values of our enterprise; then formulate a corporate culture strategy and integrate it into our daily management practices. Each one of us is both a learner and a practitioner of Chinese culture—our national, corporate, and personal destinies are all interconnected. Our Chinese nation boasts at least 5,000 years of well‑documented civilization; without our traditional culture, there would be no Chinese people—and no true revival. When a company masters Chinese traditional culture, it can achieve stable, sustainable development that is full of strength and vitality.
