Job Requirements:
1. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in production and quality management who are committed to long‑term development alongside the company.
2. Possess a college diploma or higher in a relevant electronics field, or hold an intermediate-level or higher professional title, and have at least 2 years of work experience in a related position.
3. Passionate about your work, dedicated to your duties, of upright character, highly responsible, able to endure hardship and work diligently, positive and optimistic, and mindful of personal appearance and demeanor.
4. Possesses a strong sense of teamwork, is down-to-earth and steady; complies with the company’s rules and regulations, follows the company’s arrangements and assignments, and demonstrates tolerance.
5. Open to both men and women, under 45 years of age.
Job Description:
1. Assist the Director of Quality in their work and ensure the proper functioning of the company’s quality management system.
2. Assist in completing the employee training plan and organize, implement, and conduct relevant training sessions for company employees on topics such as laws and regulations, professional skills, and basic knowledge of medical devices.
3. Assist the company in monitoring product adverse events, implementing preventive and corrective measures, preventing quality incidents, and conducting thorough analysis and specific handling of any related incidents that arise.
4. Responsible for completing the renewal of company licenses and certifications related to quality, as well as associated filing tasks.
Working hours:
8:30 AM–12:00 PM in the morning, 1:00 PM–5:30 PM in the afternoon, with weekends off and statutory holidays observed according to national regulations.
